Imaginaya provides an online platform to showcase and sell unique paintings and poetry created by Katja Sevšek aka Aine.

You agree to use the Website for lawful purposes only and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

All content on the Website, including but not limited to paintings, poetry, images, logos, text, books, and designs, is the intellectual property of Imaginaya, Katja Sevšek, s.p., unless otherwise stated.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or modification of any content is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

4.1 Product Descriptions: We strive to ensure that the descriptions of paintings and other artworks on the Website are accurate. However, slight variations in color, texture, and appearance may occur due to screen settings and digital representation. Shipping and Delivery prices are not included in the price listed – they are added additionally, after confirmation of your location and the size of the artwork!
4.2 Pricing: All prices are listed in euros (€) and do not include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
4.3 Payment Method: Payments will be made directly to the business account of Imaginaya. Once you place an inquiry through the contact form, an invoice will be sent to the email address provided.
4.4 Payment Terms: Upon receiving the invoice, you will have 7 days to make the payment. If payment is not received within this time frame, the painting will be returned to the market for other buyers.
4.5 Order Confirmation: Your order is confirmed only after payment has been successfully processed. Once payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email, and the shipping process will begin.
4.6 Customs: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes.

Shipping fees and delivery times vary based on your location and the size of the artwork.
You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
We are not liable for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect information.
Ownership of the artwork transfers to you upon full payment and delivery.

6.1 Original Artwork Sales: Due to the nature of the products, all sales are final, and returns are not accepted, except in cases of damage during shipping. Please note that all artwork will be carefully photographed in detail before packaging.
6.2 Damaged Items: If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the damage and the packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue. Refunds for damaged items are issued at our discretion.

Imaginaya, Katja Sevšek, s.p. is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website or the inability to access the Website.
We are not liable for delays or disruptions beyond our control, including but not limited to shipping delays or technical issues.

Your use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
By using the Website, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
